A child sees his father downing martinis, his mother smoking cigarettes, popping pills; television commercials tell him that tablets help a headache to go away, make sleep come faster. How then does an impressionable youngster discover that there are other ways to "feel good"? In the face of the "drug influences" portrayed in this film it is not surprising that nearly everyone, sooner or later, looks for a chemical solution to almost everything.
