A service training film reviewing the basic theory of the automatic radio compass and showing how adverse atmospheric conditions affect its operation. The use of the aural null procedure permits the pilot to navigate with the aid of radio facilities in the presence of severe electrical interference and makes for safer passage through storm-bound areas.
