Pour commémorer la déclaration de l'UNICEF sur les droits de l'Enfant, l'ONF a choisi d'illustrer le principe suivant: «L'enfant a droit, dès sa naissance, à un nom et à une nationalité.» Ce film d'animation raconte l'histoire d'un enfant rejeté de tous et recueilli par deux clochards qui lui donnent amour et tendresse. Film sans paroles, mais où tous les sons sont produits par les voix des Mimes électriques.
