The Aymara Indians of Bolivia lead a harsh existence. This film describes the efforts of the government of Bolivia to implement the UN World Food Program in this poor agricultural community where there is a high child-mortality rate. Dominga, as president of a local group, is helping her people to adjust to new methods and food products in order to improve living standards.
