The story of the Quo Vadis School of Nursing in Toronto, which trains older women--most of them housewives and mothers--to become graduate nurses. They help to alleviate the shortage of nurses, and Toronto hospitals welcome their mature presence in the wards. This film describes the project during its first experimental year.
