Few sounds of nature are more poignantly North American than the cry of wild geese in migratory flight. Every spring, on islands of the lower St. Lawrence, the greater snow geese arrive in large flocks from their wintering grounds in North Carolina, to feed and rest before their even longer flight to Baffin Island. This film, with its specially arranged music, creates visual poetry from the spectacle. Film without words.
