The coast of Wales is threatened by rampant pollution, most of which comes in the form of raw untreated sewage flushed straight out to sea or of industrial poisons such as PCBs leaking into the rivers and sea. To this is added the dumping of nuclear waste in the nearby Atlantic. Even with a moratorium on nuclear dumping, the coast of Wales is threatened since many believe that this practice has very minimal effect on the environment and should be resumed. What will happen to this ravaged coast? The film attempts to answer this difficult question.
