That this number one safety rule has special application to vacationers is illustrated in this animated film which tells the story of a cyclist who didn't look before he leaped. After pedalling uphill to a precipitous cliff he decided he'd like to cool off in the inviting water below, and dived right in without first looking. The result--one less cyclist, and one more statistic to support the warning: "Dive only into deep water."
