This documentary tells the fascinating story of an ancient pharaoh who was almost lost to history, and the archaeological sleuthing that went into piecing together information about him. An accidental discovery in 1975 by Canadian archaeologist Dr. Donald Redford and his team led to the uncovering of the foundation of one of Akhenaten's temples. The film follows Redford in his attempt to solve the mystery of this enigmatic ruler.
