Dedicated to the Royal Canadian Air Force non-flying personnel, this film opens with the flight of Mosquito bombers over Axis-occupied Europe. Air Minister Power explains the function of the unsung heroes of this war, the ground crews--Canada's air force of "men without wings," now some 150 000 strong. Their task is to keep the airplanes in fighting trim.
