Produced by the National Film Board of Canada in collaboration with the Commission nationale des parents francophones.

Through the inquisitive and humorous outlook of Irénée Fourré-Partout, this film presents the reality of a large number of francophones in a minority milieu: mixed marriages. Families in Acadia and Manitoba discuss their lives; families in which languages intermingle and sometimes collide; families who try to find a common ground between the two solitudes in which the children may bloom and affirm their identities. In French with English subtitles.
