Mozambique is a country that has become the target of a war of 'destabilization' organized by a powerful neighbour, South Africa. Since 1980, several hundred thousand Mozambicans, mostly civilians, have died in the fighting. This film is the story of twenty-year-old Albertino Roda who is lucky to be alive in his country, which has been brought to the brink of chaos.
