Ms. Conceptions is a candid documentary about women pursuing motherhood without a partner. By following several women as they explore their options and pursue different courses, the film takes a look at much more than artificial insemination--the opponents of the procedure and the children who grow up with single parents. It surveys the burgeoning sperm industry from the trade show floor where sperm is marketed like any other growth commodity, to the suppliers of that industry, the donors.
