A production of the National FIlm Board of Canada.

Norman McLaren’s final film draws on all the talents of this master filmmaker to accompany Fernand Nault’s choreography in telling the myth of Narcissus. A tale about a young man’s incapacity to love others and his love of self that eventually leads him into a trap. A profoundly artistic exploration of the eternal search for love.
