Preserving and reviving traditional folk music is the delight of young Canadians belonging to The Order of Good Times. At a rustic camp, members gather around a group that sings and mimes On the North Bridge, an ancient Norman song. Rumour of a rarity sends them off to a remote Québec farmhouse, where a man recalls an old song his grandfather used to sing. Rescued from oblivion, this song from Old France sets young feet dancing in 20th-century Canada.
