This is a film account of a fish stocking program carried out in the Kawartha Lakes of Ontario. It is the story of the "Project Muskie" experiment. It describes the research station set up at Nogie's Creek in the Kawartha area, and the intensive hatching program undertaken by the Ontario Department of Lands and Forests. As a means of checking progress, fingerlings were tagged before being released into the waters of the creek.
