A film without words, showing a Sunday afternoon at a community skating rink. Music urges everyone to strike out boldly, even toddlers who have only recently learned to walk. At centre-ice, girls flash their skates in the wig-wag movement of the twist, and past them speed boys wearing sweaters of famous hockey teams. Unstaged and unrehearsed, this film has the zest of a bright winter's day.
