A fascinating, informative report of marine agronomy as it is being developed on Canada's Atlantic coast. The film shows the work of the National Research Council's Atlantic Regional Laboratory at Halifax and of Constance MacFarlane, marine botanist of the Nova Scotia Research Foundation.
