This video focuses on award-winning literary translator Sheila Fischman and Québec writer Roch Carrier as they discuss their respective roles and their particular method of working. The process of translation is demonstrated by French and English readings from three Carrier novels, including the 1992 prizewinner of the Leacock Medal for Humour.
