This title is an acquisition.

In Lower Canada in 1837, a young French-Canadian rebel Francois-Xavier Bouchard leads an uprising against the British command. The rebels are defeated heavily and Bouchard is captured and taken to Montreal to be tried. The military trial is unfairly biased towards the British, and the French continue their campaign against the British in what would become Quebec.
