Stéphane Léonard went from a Québec factory floor to the stage of St. Petersburg's legendary Kirov-Mariensky Theatre in three short years, an unprecedented feat in the annals of classical ballet. At age 20, Stéphane was ten years late in starting his career. Nevertheless, he was accepted into a world-famous dance academy where Nureyev and Baryshnikov also trained. This video shows Stéphane's relentless drive in the studio, culminating in a triumphant graduation performance.
