Report on the first Canadian seminar of the International Confederation of Free Trade Unions, held in the autumn of 1957 in Banff. Here delegates from ninety-three countries representing fifty-three million organized workers met to study, discuss and learn about matters concerning the free trade union movement throughout the world. The film describes the seminar and the work of the I.C.F.T.U. through the eyes of a delegate from Karachi, Pakistan.
