Produced by the National Film Board of Canada in collaboration with the Federal Women's Film Program.

A celebration of the victories of Quebec farm women who, through determination and solidarity, are attaining the recognition they have sought for so long. The film illustrates, through the stories of several of these women, how in the 1970s Quebec women became politicized, setting up committees, joining unions and creating an association and federation, gradually becoming recognized for their professional status as food producers and as women in business with their husbands. It provides inspiration for other women to reap what they have sown.
