A documentary-style feature film, Train of Dreams is technically unassuming. The gritty style reflects the equally gritty content: an even-handed look at teenage delinquency that does not sentimentalize or glorify it, or revel in it. After his arrest and incarceration, a delinquent teenager comes to realize that he is responsible for what his life is to become, regardless of his past.
