This film continues Nobody Waved Goodbye, made 20 years ago. Seventeen-year-old Izzy Marks meets and gets involved with street-wise Jesse. He leads her into the world of New Wave music, the confrontations of the anti-nuke movement, and her first experience with sex and love. Suddenly she finds herself caught in a web of violence and faced with a series of choices. The hard answers she must find become an exciting rite of passage.
