As the number of people over the age of 65 keeps increasing dramatically, the issue of elder care becomes ever more pressing. This video focuses on the women who are the care givers for spouses, family members or even friends. Questions as to the role of the care giver, the lack of recognition and support by existing health care systems, the side effects of care giving and telltale signs of stress upon the care giver, as well as possible solutions for the future, are discussed.
