Canada CODE is a grassroots portrait of the country created by several thousand Canadians who've come together to share who we are — with you. As Vancouver prepared to welcome the world to the 2010 Winter Games, people across the country have uploaded images and texts on the website Canada CODE.

A portrait is only ever a snapshot in time, and Canada's picture is always changing. As the 2010 Winter Games unfold, Canada CODE offers a personal perspective into the country and its people that everyone can enjoy, regardless of whether they are actually at the Games. For those of you who are in Vancouver during the Olympic and Paralympic Games, you'll also be able to see a selection of Canada CODE content on the big screens at Celebration Sites.
