Motivation Through Job Enrichment

While dissatisfaction with work stems from the environment we work in, which includes interpersonal relationships, pensions, status, income, security, etc., satisfaction from work can only be derived from the work itself. We can only be happy with work if it provides us with a sense of achievement, recognition, professional growth and responsibility.
